The COVID-19 had caused RM1mil loss for local Kenyir Lake tourism industry due to travel restrictions and interstate by domestic tourists. is located at Terengganu, one of the tourist destinations with multiple attractions that rich nature, beautiful islands conservation preservation animals. known as an ecotourism destination which has many activities such fishing, caving, jungle trekking, houseboat overnight rides, more. a huge potential be globally if information properly organized. To regenerate revitalize our industry, Smart Tourism mobile application named “Beautiful Kenyir” been developed encourage promote This research aims identify feedback on importance smart use phone. designed attract locals travelers choose must-visit destinations. A cross-sectional survey 14-items instrument was adapted distributed online total 196 smartphone users in Klang Valley during first week April 2023. Most responded high positive response toward this product. findings supported idea can influence intention use. result also improved understanding knowledge product approaches market destination. provides brief places attractions, activities, restaurants, facilities booking, transportation, duty free shops, reviews, rating just within application. study beneficial researchers, agencies, ministries, businesses, developers public engage while traveling.
